The Whitechapel Mob

Built from the ruins of the old Pilazzo mob that was torn down by ‘Whitechapel’ Jack, the Whitechapel Mob now runs half the city. While more ruthless than the leadership they replaced, Jack, along with his lieutenants Marco Patton and Panama George, still run the outfit (from its headquarters in The Paradise Lost Club) on the same pillars: the drug trade, gambling, and prostitution. The rise of a rival, and more brutal organized crime organization, The Jackals, has most recently put them on a war footing.
